Running Series


Beginner to intermediate runners starting to run/training for upcoming runs or obstacle races.

Service Description

In this running series, we will begin with some lap-style running where everyone can work at their own paces. Beginners will focus on gradually increasing their endurance, and intermediate runners can use the group for accountability and finding similarly paced peers. We spend about 30 minutes warming up and running, followed by a stretching series that is focused on runner specific stretches.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of booked classes is recommended at least 1 hour in advance. If you are unable to cancel your booking online, please call us directly so we can contact anyone on a waitlist. If you do not cancel your booked classes, and are a no-show to class 3 times over 6 weeks, we reserve the right to suspend your online booking abilities. This time frame may be reduced for high-demand classes, or classes with limited space/equipment. No-Show Sessions/Late Cancellations. If you do not show up to a booked session (personal training solo or small group, coaching or classes) without reasonable and adequate notice (we require 24 hours notice for cancellations), you forfeit that session at cost. With small group training, if any of the group members show up for a booked session, that session is counted as being used.
