Intro to Pelvic Floor Fitness Class
Welcome to our Intro to Pelvic Floor Fitness class, designed to empower individuals through education and movement. This class focuses on understanding the pelvic floor's role in overall health, strength, and wellness. Whether you are looking to enhance your fitness routine, support your pregnancy or recover from childbirth, or address pelvic health issues or dysfunction, this class is perfect for you.
What to Expect
Educational Insights: Learn about the anatomy and functions (and dysfunctions) of the pelvic floor, including its impact on posture, core stability, and overall wellbeing.
Gentle Exercises: Engage in a series of low-impact exercises that strengthen and support the pelvic floor muscles, promoting better control and awareness.
Breathing Techniques: Discover how proper breathing can enhance pelvic floor function and aid in relaxation.
Tickets
Intro to Pelvic Floor
$80 for 4 weeks. Participants must commit to all 4 weeks, no pro-rating or make-up sessions are offered for any missed sessions.
