This Pelvic Floor Workshop is in collaboration with Seaway Physio and QueenCare.
We highly recommend booking two sessions with Seaway Physio, or another Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist. Your first session should be before, or in the early stages of the workshop. This session is an assessment ($99 @ Seaway) to screen for any red flags or identify any special areas of concern. The second session should be booked for near the end or shortly after the workshop ($79 @ Seaway) This session would be to check in, physically, with your progress and gauge your improvements.
While it is not required for you to book with a physiotherapist to take this program, it is recommended, especially if you are experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, which may include incontinence, urinary urgency, vaginal pain during intercourse, constipation or diarrhea.
We also require that this online form be completed through these two parties:
Queen Care: www.queencare.ca/pelvic-floor-health-program#faqs
Seaway Physiotherapy: www.seawayphysiotherapy.ca
It's never too early or too late!
