Enjoy getting fit while grooving to music. Follow the instructor in moderate choreographies that are repeated over several weeks. Bring comfortable clothes and shoes. This class runs once a week for an 8 week series for $80+hst. Drop in is $15+hst. Please pre-register to save your spot! :)
