Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy Refunds for packages are subject to a 20% non-refundable fee for the total package cost. The refunds are then calculated to a pro-rated refund depending on the amount of sessions used. Refunds are not available on any packages expiring in less than 7 days. *Cancellations/Refunds within 24 hours of purchase are subject to a $20 non-refundable fee. Class Cancellation Policy Cancellation of classes is recommended at least 6 hours in advance when you are able to. You may not have the ability to cancel/reschedule a class online up to 1 hour before start time. If you are unable to cancel your booking online, please call us directly. If you do not cancel your booking and are a no-show, your online booking ability may be revoked, especially in the case of high-demand classes. Uncancelled classes will not be reimbursed. No-Show Sessions/Late Cancellations If you do not show up to a class, personal training or coaching session you forfeit that session at your own cost. Unused Classes/Sessions If you have purchased a number of sessions or class packages and do not use it/them before the expiry, you forfeit any unused sessions. This will not be eligible for a refund or substitute class. Subscription Changes All Purchases are considered FINAL SALE, unless the conditions are met for appropriate refunds or cancellations. All subscriptions have an expiry date by which time the sessions or classes must be used. Recurring Membership Policy By purchasing a recurring membership, a member is bound to at least 6 months consecutive purchase of the recurring membership at the discounted price. If a member cancels their recurring membership before the 6 month period, they will be invoiced for the discounted value (ie: if you cancel after 4 months, the 4 months discount value of $40 will be invoiced to you). While on a recurring membership, members may put their membership on hold UP TO 2 weeks annually. Holds must be requested at least 1 week prior to the date of the requested hold. Medically required holds will be discussed on a case by case basis with Tandem Unified Wellness, and a doctor’s note may be required. Cancellations of recurring memberships must be made in writing (via email to tandemunifiedwellness@gmail.com) and must be requested at least 1 week prior to the date of the next scheduled payment. Any cancellation requests received after this date, or after the date of scheduled payment are NOT eligible for refund.
