Studio Rental Looking for a venue to host a birthday party for your kid(s)? Look no further. At Tandem Unified Wellness we can host you and your kids for the most memorable birthday parties! Here is a short breakdown of what we offer: Space rental only for $160 Maximum capacity is 15 children Space rental with ONE chosen entertainment for $185 Space rental with TWO chosen entertainments for $210 Spiderman Visit $50 ALL INCLUSIVE CHOICE: 8-inch round cake, 2 entertainments, 10 party favor bags, decoration, snacks (vegetables, fruit, popcorn, chips, juice boxes, water) $500 Bookings are made on a first come first served basis Deposit is $80 and all prices are before tax 😊
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the event to be issued a refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). Any cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for refund. Any cancellations that result in the loss of business to the Studio may be subject to a fee to cover the lost business up to the full amount of the booking. Any cancellation of the add-on services must follow the Vendors Agreement, which may require different time frames. The Renter and all guests are expected to treat the rental space and property with respect and be liable for any damages that occur. Renters must return the space to its original state by removing any decorations or extra items that are brought into the space, and will clean any excessive messes. The Renter will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests.
