Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of booked classes is recommended at least 1 hour in advance. If you are unable to cancel your booking online, please call us directly so we can contact anyone on a waitlist. If you do not cancel your booked classes, and are a no-show to class 3 times over 6 weeks, we reserve the right to suspend your online booking abilities. This time frame may be reduced for high-demand classes, or classes with limited space/equipment. No-Show Sessions/Late Cancellations: If you do not show up to a booked session (personal training solo or small group, coaching or classes) without reasonable and adequate notice (we require 24 hours notice for cancellations), you forfeit that session at cost. With small group training, if any of the group members show up for a booked session, that session is counted as being used. Unused Classes: If you have purchased a class pass with a time limit on it, such as a 10 class pass which has an expiry of 45 days from purchase, you forfeit any unused classes. This will not be eligible for refund or substitute classes unless otherwise arranged with management, like in cases such as a class you were booked for was canceled due to instructor illness or emergency. Refund Policy: Refunds for packages purchased are subject to a 20% non-refundable fee for the total package cost. The refunds are then calculated to a prorated refund depending upon how many sessions were used. For example, you purchased a 10 session personal training package for $480 and used 3 sessions. $96 of the original purchase is non-refundable. $480 - $96 = $384. You would receive 70% (7 sessions) back of the $384, which would be $268.80. Note: Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $20 processing fee instead of the 20% fee.
